I loved the executive king room with a hot tub here, and the location right in the heart of Jackson is fantastic!

I thoroughly enjoyed the room with a hot tub. The hotel employees were pleasant. The location was good and unbeatable for Lapeer, close to local stores and restaurants. The property was placed within a 15-minute walk from Grace Episcopal Church.

The place was quiet, we truly enjoyed it. The staff was welcoming, pleasant, and responded promptly to requests. The location of the property was particularly good and marvelous, in the middle of Jackson. It was also just next door to stores and Lapeer and Express.

Pros": I got great value for my money and the room exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and size. The location of the hotel was convenient and the staff went above and beyond in their friendliness and helpfulness.

Location close to the hospital, friendly staff, there was a nice pool and whirlpool which families enjoyed.

There was so much noise and I couldn't sleep. The staff didn't care at all.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with plenty of late-night food options nearby. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even offering to bring us a coffeemaker. The room was clean and the bathroom had high-quality products provided. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, including homemade biscuits that were absolutely amazing. The facilities were well-maintained and the view from our room was lovely.

There was an ant problem that affected our belongings. However, the hotel promptly addressed the issue, moved us to a better room, and provided compensation.

The room we had included central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a microwave.

The hotel was in a favourable location short walk to a restaurant as well as local stores and restaurants. We loved rooms with a hot tub.
